Description


Authored an engineering report recommending a complete electro-hydraulic control upgrade for SEQ Water's largest reservoir dam in Queensland

Designed a closed circuit differential cylinder system that hydraulically automates a sweeping cycle motion of lift/lower drag net.

Designed 3 x 75 kW Power unit systems with proportional control , manifolds, cooling, 13", 11" 9" bore cylinders. 
Mechanical design for structural support frame for pinning and locking drill head into place.

Designed open loop 100 cc pump /145 cc motor circuit with electronic proportional control system and electrical cabinet 

Designed 130 cc load sense pump circuit with proportional control valve assembly incorporated in to control manifold


Structural design of a complete concrete pumping hopper including cast iron swing tube assembly, compensating plates and safety gate system

Certify design of a range of accumulators from 4 ltr up to 50 ltr for use in Australia to Australian Standards AS1210
